Salary

£35,231* Basic annual salary

*Further enhancements for weekend and Bank holiday working

Hours

36 hours per week worked over four 9-hour shifts

Shifts worked across a 7 day / 3-shift roster. Monday to Sunday (early) 7.00am-4.00pm, (late) 4.00pm-1.00am and (Night) 10.00pm-7.00am

We deliver high-quality, excellent palliative care for patients across Nottinghamshire for those living with a life-limiting condition. We care for patients, families and their friends, both before and after death.

This role :We provide a range of palliative care services for people in Nottinghamshire, and we are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced HIYH Registered Nurse Lead to develop our growing Hospice in your Home offer and operationally manage the Care Team. You must have substantial experience of leading teams preferably gained within a relevant healthcare setting. You will possess operational management experience and leadership skills. Support will be given to the postholder to develop their career ambitions.   Essential to this role is an understanding of multi-disciplinary working, within healthcare, experience of managing teams and a passion for hospice care.  In addition, you must have excellent communication, planning and networking skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and clinical systems. Experience of SystmOne is an advantage. Service development and transformation will be key aspects of the role. Flexible working on occasion may be required to meet the needs of patients.
